Terms & Conditions | Workshop

1. Definitions
• "Company" refers to Masters of Reality FZCO, registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Digital Park Building A2, DSO-IFZA.
• "Workshop" refers to the online educational session provided by the Company, including access to associated services and materials.
• "Participant" refers to any individual who has registered and paid for the Workshop.
• "Services" include access to the Workshop Zoom Call, Masters of Reality Discord server, Student Success Manager support, assignments, and access to Workshop recordings as described in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms
• By registering for and participating in the Workshop, you ("Participant") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein.
• If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not register for or participate in the Workshop.

3. Services Provided
• Workshop Zoom Call: A live session conducted via Zoom, lasting approximately 2-3 hours.
• Discord Server Access: Structured communication space within the Masters of Reality Discord server.
• Student Success Manager: A designated contact person to assist with structural and organizational questions.
• Assignments: Homework assignments and individual practice/integration tasks recommended by the Educator.
• Recording Access: Participants will have access to the recording of the Workshop for 7 days following the live session, after which access will be terminated without further notice.

4. Fees and Payments
• All sales are final, and fees for the Workshop are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Payment must be completed prior to gaining access to the Workshop and associated Services.
• Failure to pay may result in denied access to the Workshop and associated Services.

5. Intellectual Property
• All materials provided during the Workshop, including recordings, assignments, and content shared via Discord, are the intellectual property of the Company.
• ​​Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, or commercially exploit any of the Workshop materials without the explicit written consent of the Company.

6. Code of Conduct
• Participants are expected to engage in the Workshop respectfully and professionally.
• Disruptive behavior or inappropriate conduct within the Workshop or on the Discord server may result in immediate removal from the Workshop without refund.
• Participants must not edit, delete, or manipulate messages on the Discord server in a manner that alters the original intent, context, or content. Minor grammatical corrections are acceptable.

7. Medical Disclaimer
• The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. All content provided in the Workshop is for educational purposes only.
• Participants are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before engaging in any activities that may affect their health.
• Participants must disclose any existing mental, physical, or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the Workshop. The Company reserves the right to deny participation based on such disclosures if deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the Participant and others.

8. Limitation of Liability
• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Workshop.
• The Company’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, under these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the Workshop.

9. Termination
• The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Workshop and associated Services at any time for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

10. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Participant's use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
• Continued participation in the Workshop following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Participant’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
